Rhea Modglin, Dean of Students (10th & 11th Grade)
Rhea Modglin has her Masters in Education Leadership which she obtained in 2021 from Eastern Illinois University. She taught at RTHS as a Special Education teacher for four years and PBL Junior High for five years before that. Rhea has been involved in cheerleading, student council, Interact, and much more during her years of teaching. Making connections and showing her joy of learning is one of her favorite things to do here at RTHS. She enjoys being a part of the Rantoul community where she resides with her husband Todd, and their two kids. In her free time she enjoys working in her garden, being active outside, and spending time with friends.
