Mrs. Samantha Schroeder has worked at RTHS her entire 9 year career where she is the Math Team Leader. She currently teaches Algebra and Geometry. 

"I love trying to think of multiple ways to explain the same concept so that every student has the opportunity to understand. It really stretches my brain. I also love when students are able to explain something to others in a different way then I did! I learn that way too!"

This is Mr. Blunier's first year teaching and first year at RTHS. He currently teaches Intermediate Algebra 1 and Algebra 2.

"I love watching kids learn to find patterns in the world. That moment when something 'clicks' and the student thinks 'oh... That's why...' makes everything worth it."

Ms. Tammy Ingram has been an educator for 12 years and has been a part of the RTHS Math team for 6 years. She currently teaches Algebra, Intermediate Algebra, and Geometry.

"I love when some kids decide they don’t hate math after all."

Mr. Aaron Poradzisz has been an educator for 11 years and a part of the RTHS Math team for 2 years. He currently teaches Algebra 1 and Geometry. 

"I love when students persevere through a challenging problem and witnessing their excitement over their accomplishment. Math does not come easy to most students, but just like anything in life, when you work hard and practice, you can be successful. These are the students I love working with the most because they learn more than just a math skill, they learn a valuable life skill."

Mr. Michael Sorice has been an educator for 2 years and has spent his entire career as a part of RTHS's Math Team. He currently teaches Pre-Calculus & Trigonometry and Intermediate Algebra.
