A couple of quick tips on email ettiquette. Do not put your message in the subject line. Create a subject that briefly summarizes the purpose of the email. Start with a formal introduction. Dear Mr./Mrs./Ms. Write a paragraph explaining what you need, be polite. End with a formal salutation.
